Job Title: Project Coordinator

Work Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Lunch Break: 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm

Dress Code: Business Casual

Location: Labor Building, John Fitch Plaza, 2nd Floor, Trenton 08625 (Work from home for now)

Parking: Not Applicable

Knowledge, Skills, Education, and/or Experience:

• Knowledge: Knowledge of Project Management
• Skills: Analysis, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office, Skilled in Excel, Strong attention to detail, Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 2+ years in project management or Master’s degree

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the Data Modernization project – creating project artifacts, including technical documentation for data migration for multiple modernization efforts.
• Risks and Issues Tracking and analysis of Lessons Learned.
• Create and update Project Management templates.
• Review Systems Architecture Review documents/follow up to ensure action items are completed.
• Maintain the Project Tactical Planning documentation.
• Maintain the repository of Project Status Reports and Dashboards.
• Trend Analysis from Project Status Reports and Dashboards.
• Create Reports and tables for Project Dashboards.
• Assist with the project procurement process by reviewing Statements of Work, Requests for Information/Quotation/Proposals.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Trenton, NJ 08625: Relocate before starting work (Required)
