Job Title: Project Coordinator
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Lunch Break: 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Location: Labor Building, John Fitch Plaza, 2nd Floor, Trenton 08625 (Work from home for now)

Knowledge, Skills, Education, and/or Experience:
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Project Management
- Skills: Analysis, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office, Skilled in Excel, Strong attention to detail, Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2+ years in project management or Master’s degree

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Data Modernization project – creating project artifacts, including technical documentation for data migration for multiple modernization efforts.
- Risks and Issues Tracking and analysis of Lessons Learned.
- Create and update Project Management templates.
- Review Systems Architecture Review documents/follow up to ensure action items are completed.
- Maintain the Project Tactical Planning documentation.
- Maintain the repository of Project Status Reports and Dashboards.
- Trend Analysis from Project Status Reports and Dashboards.
- Create Reports and tables for Project Dashboards.
- Assist with the project procurement process by reviewing Statements of Work, Requests for Information/Quotation/Proposals.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
