Corner Property Management seeks a proactive and enthusiastic Construction Project Coordinator to lead capital improvement initiatives for homeowners and associations. We are searching for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction and renovation procedures within residential communities. The Construction Project Administrator will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be vital in managing capital improvement projects that positively impact our clients. You'll lead project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Construction timelines & milestones
- Manage budgets and communicate with clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate all project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate comprehensive reports and collaborate with project-applicable professionals.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet established standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and association guidelines.
Qualifications:
- CCM, CPC, or a relevant higher education degree in construction or related engineering or a minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Management.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% and work remotely.
- Self-motivated
- Familiarity with project progress reporting methods and proficiency in using mobile technology, specifically IOS or Android platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and demeanor.
- Sales experience (preferred).
