Position Overview:
Cryoperl is seeking a Projects Administrator to oversee the management and coordination of projects across various global locations within the oil & gas and petrochemical industries. Reporting to the General Manager, the Projects Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from post-award to demobilisation, while also contributing to internal governance and administration responsibilities.
Project Responsibilities:
- Post-Award Deliverables Management
- Insurance Policy Implementation and Management
- Bond Implementation and Documentation
- Foreign Jurisdiction Regulation Review and Compliance
- QHSE Documents Management
- Pre-Mobilization Arrangements Coordination
- Equipment, Materials, and Logistics Sourcing and Purchasing
- Local Sourcing and Purchasing for Equipment, Utilities, and Labor
- Mobilization Arrangements and Documentation
- Pre-Mobilization Cost Control and Budget Management
- Kick-off Meeting Coordination
- Project Execution, Management, and HR Support
- Project Progress Claims and Receivables Management
- Project Execution Cost Control and Expense Review
- Sub-Contract Variations Management
- Demobilization Arrangements and Logistics
- Close Out and Release Certificate Management
- Project Analysis, Conclusions, and Action Planning
Administration Responsibilities:
- Internal Governance and Reporting
- Preparation of Monthly Reports
- Participation in Weekly Team Calls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project administration within construction industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
