Responsibilities
- Manage their jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Serve as a liaison between internal team members, clients, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Provide administrative support to the project team including but not limited to:
Bidding process
Procurement process
Change Orders, both for clients and the subcontractors
Analyze Job Costing/Month End standings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination or office administration
- Previous experience with CMiC
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
