We are looking for a Business Xcelerator (Office Administrator and Project Coordinator) with these qualities:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Finance/HR Administration (using QuickBooks Online):

• Running weekly cashflow reports
• Categorizing expenses
• Invoicing
• Running payroll
• Tax reporting
• Benefits administration

Administrative and Executive Assisting duties:

• Project management (events and recruiting)
• Calendar and email management
• Light office management

Pay is somewhere between $20 - $30 per hour based on experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday during business hours, in-office presence is required with some flexibility. Health benefits and PTO are available after 60 days of hire.
