Exciting Direct Hire Opportunity!
Our Client, and EPCM Company in the Houston area has an immediate need for a Sr. Project Coordinator to support Engineering Leadership and perform Project Coordination activities. The Sr. Project Coordinator will coordinate activities, support deliverables, maintain reports and provide administrative support for the Engineering leadership and team. Experience in an engineering or plant environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and refine internal processes and coordinate internal and external resources in support of ongoing activities
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external leadership for various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that leadership’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for engineering leadership including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to others
- Support project scheduling and reporting
- Manage leadership’s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Provide administrative and office support
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Support the Engineering leader and provide additional support to engineering team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office products
