Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Project Manager/Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing daily photoshoots, ensuring seamless communication with our staff and clients through email, phone, and text.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and completion of multiple photoshoots throughout the DFW Metroplex on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with photographers and clients to ensure project objectives are met to their specifications within deadlines by using software such as HDPhotoHub and Asana.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation.
- Documenting errors made by photographers, such as services not completed, or missed rooms at a photoshoot.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication among team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management/administration, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of the layout of the DFW metroplex (Collin, Tarrant, Dallas, & Denton Counties)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- FOR REMOTE WORKING: To be eligible for remote working, you must have a quiet and private space in your residence that will allow you to work totally undisrupted from 9-5, Mon-Fri. This position requires significant attention to detail and a quiet space for taking phone calls during work hours.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
