Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - On Call

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care at the Harm Reduction Clinic (HRC)
• Perform sexual health screenings, exams, and treatment of STIs
• Conduct wound care and management
• Order and interpret laboratory studies
• Prescribe medications and provide follow-up consultations
• Collaborate with the HRC team

Requirements:

• Board Certification and State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• CPR/BLS certification
• Oregon State nursing or medical license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in community health or primary medical care
• Familiarity with low barrier healthcare settings

Pay Range:

$59.76 - $76.43 Hourly
