Position Overview:
- This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
- Previous dental experience is required.
- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible individual with excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills (knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus).
- checking for insurance benefits and pre-authorizations, billing insurances, posting payments and following up on patient accounts and collections.
- Responsible for answering and returning patient phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, communicating with referring offices, and maintaining a full schedule for our doctors.
- Must be a mature, friendly, dependable and professional.
- Experience working in a dental practice is MUST.
- Detailed work history and references must be provided for consideration.
