Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance details
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Experience on Dental Terminology and insurance breakdowns
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Dental Receptionist , preferred bilingual is a must
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a must
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
