We're looking for a full-time Front Desk manager, and we'd love to meet you if you have a team spirit and enjoy making patients feel special. Candidates will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and love working with people. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced clinic and coordinating service between the front and back office, practice excellent communication skills, present a pleasant and professional manner, and maintain high accuracy with data entry,
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and check-in patients with a smile
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Use practice management software for scheduling appointments, patient data, etc. Dentrix experience helpful, but not mandatory.
- Manage patient records in compliance with legal requirements, including HIPAA and security regulations
- Collect and process payments
- Explain insurance benefits and financial options available to patients
