SalaryWe are a growing Dental Office looking for someone to help run our front office. We have six operatories, one doctor, and two hygienists. The ideal candidate is organized, well-spoken, thorough, and customer-focused.
Dental experience is required.
Days: M-Th 8-5, one or two Fridays per month.
We do take some PPO plans.
We are a small office, but we do a number of exciting and advanced treatments:
· Sleep Apnea Oral Appliances
· Dental Implants
· TMJ Neuromuscular Orthotics
What we are looking for:
· 1+ year of Dental Front Office experience, or at least DA certificate
· Experience with PPO dental insurance breakdowns, claims, and pre-determinations
· PC Computer skills -- know how to use a computer - MS Word, WWW, etc.
· Basic understanding of Dental office management software - we can train on our software
· Comfortable talking on the phone to new and existing patients
· Strong communication skills - Collecting co-pays and presenting treatment plans
· Basic back office skills: turn rooms when back assistants are out sick, sterilize as needed
· Great references :)
