Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist

Skilled receptionist needed for Dental office to call and confirm appointments, answer phone calls, check eligibility with insurances, send ore authorizations, sign in the patients and collect payments, assist the office manager with routine day by day duties. Very friendly environment. Knowing to assist the doctor during necessity is a plus. Good compensation, 401k retirement plan, Paid time off. Being bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Administrative Duties:

• Scheduling
• Running errands
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Greeting visitors
