Front Desk Team Member - Dental Office

We need you: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

Here are some qualifications that we’d like you to have. We believe with the right attitude you are capable of anything!

Major Responsibilities:

• Excellent Customer Service skills including when: greeting patients, scheduling patients on the phone and in person, presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements
• Verify Insurance daily
• Checks patient messages and responds daily to all inquiries and requests
• Weekly check in with doctor to track individual progress and front office team progress
• Other tasks as may be assigned by doctor

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Front Desk dental experience
• Eaglesoft knowledge a plus
• Requires good working knowledge of Dental Office flow and operations
• Must have vision, be flexible, and have a “can do” attitude
• Able to integrate coaching and constructive feedback
• Thrives working in a team atmosphere (we are flat, no hierarchy here!)
• Willingness to learn our established protocols and procedures
• Self-starter
• Ability to identify and solve problems a plus
• Friendly, enjoys people
• Demonstrates ability to balance firmness with kindness and patience especially over the phone
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $37.00 per hour
