This position will last at least through the summer and possibly through the end of October.Duties: 

Serve as Receptionist Giving Out Routine Information to Prospective, Incoming, or Current Students:

Office visits. Phone calls. Return phone messages. Return office emails. 

Clerical Tasks: 

Alphabetize and file materials as directed. Operate simple office machines and copier. Perform sorting, checking, record keeping, simple calculating, and posting duties following instructions. Type labels, forms, and simple correspondence or memorandums. Assemble duplicated material. Run campus errands. Stamp, seal, and mail correspondence, bill invoices, or other such mail. Fax or scan/email documents as needed to the VA or in correspondence to students. Perform limited typing functions. Use established safety practices to protect health and safety of personnel and property. Perform any related duties as assigned. 

 Preparation to Certify:

a. Collect all documents needed in students Laserfiche VSS office files. 

Tracking Students’ Attendance and Office Workflow to Update the VA or Correct Errors: 

a. Perform any related report tracking needs as assigned.

Job Location
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, AND: 

• 12 months general office, clerical, and/or administrative support-related experience
