    General Description:
    Metro Technology Centers is looking for an Enrollment & Student Services Assistant who will support the enrollment & recruitment team to develop innovative student recruitment strategies, effectively assist prospective students through the admissions process, and streamline operations using CRM tools. Provides secondary support for prospective students to ensure application completeness and compliance, actively engage with applicants through various communication channels, and contribute to the success of enrollment-related events and departmental financial processes.
    General Qualification Requirements:

    Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
    (Above requirements may be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
    Representative Duties:
    • Continuously provides excellent customer service to prospective students, families, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

    • Collaborates with the enrollment & recruitment team to support and execute strategies for student recruitment, including outreach to potential candidates.

    • Assists prospective students through the admissions process, providing guidance and information on program offerings, admission requirements, and application procedures.

    • Provides second tier support with CRM tools to manage and track student inquiries, applications, and communications throughout the enrollment process while ensuring data hygiene.

    • Supports the Enrollment and recruitment team with prospective students through email, phone calls, or other communication methods to ensure they have the information they need and to encourage them to complete the admissions process.

    • Organize student applications for review and evaluation ensuring completeness and compliance with admission requirements.

    • Supports Enrollment and recruitment-related events, such as open houses, orientations, and information sessions.

    • Initiates purchase requisitions, budget transfers, process invoices, and maintains budgetary records for the department.

    • Provide support for logistical arrangements for department staff

    • Provides support for scheduling prospective student appointments with appropriate departmental staff.

    • Performs related duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Keyboarding and computer skills with basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
    • Able to be bonded for cash handling purposes.
    • Excellent communication skills to include telephone etiquette and presentation skills.
    • Ability to problem solve and think critically.
    • Ability to maintain security of confidential materials.
    • Ability to give explicit or general directions.
    • Ability to work well with others.
    • Reading and writing skill necessary for composing routine correspondence providing standard information in letter or report form.
    • Reliable, dependable and punctual attendance.
