Student Fws Client Service Representative - Ccfi (Spring)

This is a Federal Work Study position at Center for Children and Family (CCFI) in Norman, OK.

Client Service Representative Duties:

• Greet, welcome and deliver excellent customer service to clients, walk-in guests and callers.
• Perform clerical duties, including, scanning, and filing.
• Provide task support to Front Office Supervisor.
• Distribute mail and faxes.
• Process class enrollments.
• Process payments (credit card, cash & checks) 
• Keep front desk equipped with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
• Manage upkeep of common areas (cleaning, straightening & organizing)
• Work within agency databases.
• Handle confidential client information including Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Assist with large agency mailings.
• Assist administration and program staff as needed

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the current Spring semester as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

• Must attach SPRING 2024 ONE class schedule.
• Must have received and accepted a Federal Work Study award for the SPRING semester.

Department Preferences:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
• Customer service experience 
• Exclusive participation in CCFI Federal Work Study Grant Program
