This is a Federal Work Study position at Center for Children and Family (CCFI) in Norman, OK.
Client Service Representative Duties:- Greet, welcome and deliver excellent customer service to clients, walk-in guests and callers.
- Perform clerical duties, including, scanning, and filing.
- Provide task support to Front Office Supervisor.
- Distribute mail and faxes.
- Process class enrollments.
- Process payments (credit card, cash & checks)
- Keep front desk equipped with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
- Manage upkeep of common areas (cleaning, straightening & organizing)
- Work within agency databases.
- Handle confidential client information including Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Assist with large agency mailings.
- Assist administration and program staff as needed

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the current Spring semester as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Must attach SPRING 2024 ONE class schedule.
- Must have received and accepted a Federal Work Study award for the SPRING semester.
