Payroll Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist for our client this a Contract to Hire, On-Site Monday-Friday - Pay $26.00 to 31.00/hour DOE.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for management
• Stay current on payroll laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
