Receive, distribute nd process invoices for approval.
Responds to internal and external inquiries and provides assistance and guidance
Process and allocate departmental credit cards (pcard) purchases
Audits and processes doucent from various departments
Processes colleciton reports accurately and expendintly and compiles dat to record revenue
Enters and maintains new or updated informatin intot hte City's financial accounting or payroll system
Monitors, reviews analyzes and distributes report and documents
If Assigned To Payroll
Processes paryoll deductions, retro salary increases, wage garnishments, direct deposits and IRS levy orders
Assists Payroll Supervisor in processing bi-weekly and pension payrolls
Skills Needed
2 yrs of data entry experience
2 yrs of filing experience
2 yrs of Excel skills
2 yrs of Payroll experience
Pay DOE $23 to $26
