True Job Title: Registration and Technology Project Manager
Location: Hybrid or 100% remote
Key responsibilities include:
Meeting & Event Registration
• Manage registration workflow from attendee list preparation to final reporting for reconciliation (Congress and Internal Events)
• Prepare attendee registration lists for third parties
• Point of contact for internal and vendor attendee changes
• Manage congress registration process with departmental points of contact & vendors.
• Review & audit attendee registration assist attendees and relay issues to program lead.
• Prepare registration reports as requested by department points of contact.
• Facilitate quality control checks for all attendee data for accuracy prior to confirmations.
General Administrative (Office) Support
• Provide centralized team support
• Provide calendar and project management support
• Support & Manage special projects, as assigned by the Leadership Team
• Provide strategic operational guidance to ensure interdepartmental OPEX efficiencies
Data Analytics
• Post-meeting survey development, reporting, management and assessment
• Prepare reporting dashboards for department and assigned marketing business units
The ideal candidate should be confident performing the above responsibilities and should possess the following:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years in a project management or data analytics role
• Collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Strong data analytics mindset and process efficiency skills
• An independent, self-driven working style.
• Ability to work accurately with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to successfully manage stress in a fast-pace environment and under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: O365, Outlook
• Expert level skill in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in event technology: Cvent and or other event applications/platforms
pplicants should be tech-savvy (Smartsheet experience required), good Project Managers, process efficient, meticulous, impact-driven and possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortability with being client-facing and working with internal stake holders is key.
