The Payroll Coordinator provides comprehensive payroll office support to ensure payroll deadlines are met in a timely manner by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attends work on a regular and predictable basis.
- Sort incoming mail and maintain payroll fax line.
- Scan wage garnishments and other required documents to ADP for processing or updating payroll system.
- Filing of all payroll documentation to employee personnel files
- Responsible for historical edits of employee timecards in a timely manner
- Responsible for the timely approval of employee self-service (ESS) workflows for updates made by Lincare employees.
- Responsible for the timely approval of manager self-service workflows; not limited to terminations.
- Assist with payroll processing as needed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 1-2 years of multi-state payroll
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices and knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel, organizational, problem solving, and mathematical skills.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED
- FPC preferred, but not required
