Positive, upbeat manufacturing sales agency looking for help with the following:

• Bookkeeping/reconcile accounts/run basic reports on QBO for S-Corp and 2 Condo rental LLCs.
• Copy and paste item descriptions for new items into QBO
• Archiving order docs and expense receipts in QBO to stay IRS and US Customs compliant
• Tracking sales commissions on Google Sheets

Looking for a contractor. Typically involves 1-3 invoices and 25-30 other transactions per month, payroll by ADP for 3 employees.
15 minute online check-ins every 2-3 weeks early morning or late evening.

We follow the Run Like Clockwork framework for smoother transitions and clearer communication. Must be willing to track how much time is spent on various tasks twice a year as well as document SOPs for new types of tasks via screenrecordings of actual work.

WFH: All tasks are virtual and can be completed online.
