SalaryProcessing of biweekly payroll, completion of quarterly and annual payroll reports, monthly journal entries and account reconciliations, back-up for accounts payable position. Distribution of weekly accounts payable check runs. Monitors and controls credit cards for authorized purchases.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
- Polling of time clocks and distributing time sheets. Preparation of net payroll deposit and all payroll deduction related check requests. Responsible for completion of 941 quarterly reports and W-2 reports. Monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of retirement forfeitures on monthly basis. Cross trained for accounts payable position. Responsible for the weekly distribution of the accounts payable check runs.
