Payroll Coordinator

SUMMARY: Overall responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections,n and payroll processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upload all timesheets in API
Preparation of MIS Reports
Receive and review timesheets of all external employees.
Create Invoices on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis.
Resolve billing and c disputes.
Prepare payroll for external employees
Resolve employee inquires on payroll matters.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and professional services.
Ability to work any assigned shift/work schedule
