Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for part-time, temporary support on our Human Resources team. The part-time Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including assisting with payroll, administrative assignments, data entry, general HR related inquiries, and ad-hoc projects/assignments.
This assignment will conclude at the end of December 2024. This is a part-time position at approximately ~30 hours per week. We are offering $25 per hour and a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
What you'll do in this role:
- Assist Payroll Manager with processing company-wide payroll in Paylocity
- Provide clerical and administrative support related to standard HR policies, benefits, hiring processes.
- Level one updates in Paylocity, including but not limited to supervisor and user access updates
- Process pay rate changes and terminations in Paylocity
- Assist employees with answering general HR questions
- Assist with time sensitive verifications of employment
- Survey Support assistance –distribution and analysis
- Scheduling meetings and tracking attendance
- Auditing involuntary terminations and flagging ones that don’t have proper documentation
- Input information and distribute HR related agreements
- Assist with Onboarding: create and copy, troubleshoot, launch onboardings
- Data entry for insurance benefits and COBRA
- Pay card set-up/ Direct deposit-set up.
- Administer paperwork and signatures for consensual agreements.
- Ad-hoc projects and assignments to support the core HR team.
- Files HR documents as needed into appropriate digital employee files.
