Part Time Operations Support Coach (Overnight)

KBM, Inc., a national cleaning company is looking for PART TIME OPERATIONS SUPPORT COACH to help support overnight cleaning teams in an assigned metro area. Typical shift for above listed job: OVERNIGHT (12:30am-6:30am APPROXIMATELY), 1-3 nights per week. Hours are not promised or guaranteed — subject to performance and operational needs. This position will typically require you to go to multiple service locations each night supervising crews and cleaning productivity and performance. As part of the Cleveland area, Mansfield, Sandusky, Wooster, and North Canton will be part of your travel area.

***CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, THEIR OWN VEHICLE AND HAVE AUTO INSURANCE.***

Job Overview - Operations Support Coach (Overnight)

This individual is responsible for supervising multiple crews each night at different service locations as well as performing general cleaning and upkeep at service locations. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:

• Supervising Crews
• Logging employee time & attendance
• Crew development & training
• Recruiting
• Clean and sanitize restroom floors, sinks, toilets, stalls in restrooms, as well as empty trash.
• Clean customer areas (mop, sweep, vacuum, dusting, etc..), as well as empty trash.
• Other janitorial duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Must have your own vehicle to travel between locations each night and be insured
• Must be 18 Years or Older
• Must have good references
• Employees must have proper documentation to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
• Ability to work overnight including holidays
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow directions & instructions
• Positive attitude!

The job requires that employees follow all health and safety regulations, as well as support and enforce all policies and guidelines established by the company and our customers, including but not limited to directives given by the Regional Manager, VP, SVP.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
