Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Coordination: Oversee the efficient coordination of operational aspects of the department to ensure effectiveness.
• Customer Interaction: Demonstrate excellent Customer Support by responding to inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and implementing follow-up procedures.
• Process Oversight: Manage process flows, oversee activities, and manage inventory while maintaining dedicated attention to accuracy and organization.
• Team Leadership: Lead a small team, fostering collaboration and providing guidance and support to optimize team performance.
• Performance Excellence: Execute strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring the team operates at a high level.
• Collaboration: Collaborates with a team of customer service specialists while reporting to the Director of the Department.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in operations or a related field with experience in the medical field preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on optimizing processes.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team effectively.
• Outstanding Customer Support and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with management, team members, and all levels of management and employees within the organization.
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
