We have just launched a white label and resale program for third-party sales partners. It is positioning itself to be the leading supplier to consumers and businesses for personalized candy, as well as bulk candy and non-candy favors and gifts for all occasions.
This position is for an Operation Support Supervisor. The Operation Support Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring on-time shipments, by monitoring, prioritizing, and directing staff on all daily orders to meet all deadlines. This cannot be accomplished without excellent Excel skills, which will be used throughout the day. Candidates who do not complete the skills test will not be considered.

Operations Support Supervisor's Job Responsibilities:
- Enters data into Excel spreadsheets and manipulates data to monitor and prioritize assignments of task to ensure on-time shipments and deadlines are met.
- Provides guidance to employees during day-to-day activities.
- Assigns projects and tasks to employees throughout the day.
- Maintains inventory accuracy of Quantities, Lot Numbers, and Expiration Dates. Maintains data of periodic cycle counts, record and update WMS. Reports inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
- Foster and facilitate a strong teamwork environment.
- Punctual and Regular Attendance Required
- Collaborates with the Purchasing Team on projects

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
