Job Functions:
- Creates and maintains an efficient electronic employee record folder system, scans and uploads documents to system and verifies accuracy.
- Responsible for assisting with clerical duties such as greeting employees, answering phone calls, returning voicemails, receiving/distributing mail, directing walk-in traffic, answering questions, etc. when needed.
- Assisting with updating internal employee databases, data entry and filing HR documents.
- Performs other projects as deemed necessary by the Human Resources Manager or Director
- Performs other duties as assigned.
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
