We are hiring for a operations person. We are looking only for someone with prior experience that can come in and help with our fast growing company. This person should be detail oriented, does not need to be micromanaged, able and willing to implement processes and not scared to fail or change things until they work, neat and organized and able to not only handle customer service/ problems / concerns / calls but also have an amazing attitude every day leaving drama at the door.
