SalaryWe are seeking a highly proactive and dynamic IT Support Specialist with a self-driven attitude and a passion for proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and implement new software applications to meet the organization's technological needs.
- Assist new users and provide comprehensive training regarding the existing and newly implemented technologies.
- Provide technical support to colleagues, peers, and third party contractors.
- Develop and maintain web-based applications and databases.
- Set up and manage data backups to safeguard critical information and ensure business continuity.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cybersecurity requirements, particularly in relation to databases and PCI requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Coordination and Implementation of any IT and cybersecurity initiatives and Information Security Protocols
- Manage Internal and External (AWS) servers.
- Manage and oversee existing and new development projects, coordinating with external developers and third party contractors, assuring quality and on-time delivery.
Qualifications/Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of IT experience or a Bachelor's Degree in IT with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and implementing new software applications.
- Strong technical support background.
- Proficiency with coding softwares, especially PostgreSQL
- Experience in setting up and managing data backups.
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity requirements, especially regarding databases and PCI requirements.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience working with network and servers.
Desired:
- Knowledge of C# and Swift programming languages.
- Familiarity with FACE, Deluge, Java, and CSS.
- Understanding of cybersecurity requirements related to HIPAA.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in using WordPress for web development.
