Phone Operator

Vascular Specialists of Central Florida is a single specialty group of Vascular Specialists, solely dedicated to the treatment of the body’s arteries and veins. We strive to serve our patients with the highest quality of care in vascular health. We specialize in vascular surgery, vascular medicine, endovascular surgery, and vascular imaging. We are looking for a Phone Operator with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Closed weekends and federal holidays. We have an excellent benefit package.

Primary responsibilities but not limited to

• Optimize visitor satisfaction by answering the phone with a warm greeting and providing excellent customer service to each patient that calls into our office.
• Answer questions patients have when calling in.
• Triage and transfer calls to the appropriate department
• Reschedule or cancel any appointments a patient calls in to do.
• Confirm appointment with patient who call in.
• Cross train in other areas of the medical office.
• Other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or graduation equivalency degree (GED).
• Basic knowledge in computers.
• Be able to multi-task and have great customer service skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Be a team player!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
