Job Description
Faith based, Christian Organization is looking for Member Support Specialists to join their team:
- This position is customer service, but also has an aspect of sales. This person will be the first point of contact for members or potential members.
- Will answer questions or concerns related to the Medi-Share membership guidelines, general provisions of the program, technical support, monthly share payments, etc.
- Will be taking roughly 50-60 inbound calls per day.
- Make about 5-10 outbound calls to Providers.
- Will be provided a script and during these calls to help current and potential members to start but additional training may be required.
- Will be sending follow up emails/information to potential members to make sure they have all of the information required.
- This job requires a lot of data entry and multi-tasking between two computer screens.
- Need someone who is comfortable reading off a script and having the same conversation throughout the day without any issues.
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Faith Based, Christian organization.
- Dress code is business casual.
Hours
- Must be willing/able to work any 8 hour shift between 6 am - 7 pm MDT, Monday-Friday
- Need to be flexible working ANY hours between those hours
- Full time 40 hours a week
- Can only miss 16 hours of time during first 9 weeks of training or will be grounds for termination. Ideally no time off within the first 90 days
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of recent customer service/call center experience
- Strong job tenure in past positions
- Strong multi-tasking skills and experience multi-tasking in past positions
- Ability to work off of multiple computer screens and navigate through multiple systems
- Ability to work full time, within the required hours
- Must have strong internet connection to work from home, with wired connection
- Type 30 WPM
- Strong internet (10 Mbps or more for Download and Upload, less than 100 Ping)
- Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus, but not required
