Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations of the organization and its events and support the activities of the larger Oktoberfest family. The position reports to the Executive Director, or person designated by the Executive Committee, and in conjunction with the entire Board, shares responsibility for the organization's sustainability and achievement of its mission and financial objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Office Coordination
- Answer incoming calls; providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
- Manage the shared office and ticketing email inboxes and delegate as appropriate.
- Greet walk up customers and assist as needed.
- Fulfill and ship online orders.
Event & Customer Service Coordination
- Handle requests, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues.
- Administer contracts based on direction from the Executive Director or Board of Directors.
- Fulfill ticket and sponsorship orders.
- Work in conjunction with event committees to meet timelines and objectives by attending assigned committee meetings and tracking progress.
- Assist with online and box office admissions for supplemental and Oktoberfest Royal Family events.
- Assist with admissions and event execution.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate operational tasks under the direction of the Executive Director.
- Assist with the day-to-day financial operations.
- Monitor social media accounts.
- Maintain logs and spreadsheets for operational activities.
- Prepare and file forms and other documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
