The successful individual will work in tandem with our Sales, and Delivery teams to establish strong working relationships with our customers and serve as a go-to-partner in providing consultative support and championing customer-centric solutions.
Essential Functions:
- The ability to show value to our clients by either identifying critical changes to be made with their business processes or deeply exploring business cases for opportunities to improve.
- Using data analytics to ensure positivie customer experiences
- Supporting our sales team by uncovering potential sales opportunities.
- Partner with ERP leaders to ensure that the client base has been fully engaged, and provide educational oportunites for our clients to further understand our offerings, and/or any product changes i.e. upgrades, or end of life versions.
- Participate heavily in our client retention strategies.
