WOW Logistics WI Rapids Cooler Distribution Center is now hiring for a 1st Shift Operations Coordinator/Warehouse Worker!
The Operations Coordinator/Warehouse Worker will support both office duties as well as material handling responsibilities as directed by the DC Manager. While in the office the Operations Coordinator/Warehouse Worker carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner. While in the warehouse you will receive, place into storage, ship, maintain accurate inventories, and accommodate customer needs and services. Candidates will be able to practice good housekeeping and sanitation techniques as well as maintain a safe working atmosphere by following the Company Safety Policies and participate in training of new or less experienced employees.
Job Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Coordination of all loads entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees.
- Data entry of all inventories creating invoices and bills of lading.
- Problem solving and quality control as requested by customer.
- Inventory control.
- Forklift operation – shipping and receiving customer product in a manner consistent with company established standards for safety, security, productivity, and accuracy.
- Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
