The Ticket Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Bucks Ticket Operations Team. This role will work closely with members of the Leadership team to assist with the meeting preparation, technology tools, special projects, and administrative tasks. This person can multi-task, thrive in high pressure environments work late nights/weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consistent and outstanding customer service in all dealings.
- Adhere to the established policies and procedures in creating invoices, invoice payment, department records, and other essential planning .
- Maintain strong, collaborative inter/intra-departmental relationships.
- Complete regular status checks of ticketed events.
- Assist with event day operations and ticket processes as needed.
- Monitor multiple email mailboxes and voicemails to ensure rapid response.
- Assist in planning and implementing department outings, functions, and staff events.
- Assist in gathering agenda items and taking notes for various meetings.
- Track department staff needs and maintain our team’s calendar of events and schedules.
- Maintain departments SharePoint with up-to-date event information.
- Manage scheduling travel needs for leadership team.
- Oversee arena tour ticketing builds.
- Assist in execution of special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or Communications plus one year of relevant experience in a Customer Service, Business Administrative, or Sales & Marketing role. Experience in the Sports and Entertainment Industry a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills – professional attitude with the ability to connect with many different clients from an array of business backgrounds as well as different departments within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A dedication to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines.
- Outspoken, confident, persistent and goal oriented.

- Familiarity with event ticketing system a plus
