Onsite Event Assistant
As an Onsite Event Assistant, you will be the go-to person on event days for our clients! You will be connecting with guests, relaying information to the different operations teams, and ensuring quality and success of the event.

The Brass Tacks
- Ensures spaces are set to requirements for events
- Greets clients in a friendly manner and introduces themselves as main point of contact in facility
- Handles all onsite client requests and distributes necessary information to operations teams
- Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in facilities
- Establishes professional familiarity of personal preferences, likes and dislikes of clients
- Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
- Communicates key updates and information to team members and management in a timely manner
- Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times
- Carefully documents the details of shift through logs and other reports for continuity
- Ensures unwelcomed visitors and solicitors do not enter the event space
- Manages permissions to enter, contractor and vendor logistics and resident visitors and guests through building intranet
- Maintains a clean, neat, organized and orderly offices and desks at all times
- Responds to all client's requests in an expeditious, courteous and professional manner
- Responds to all emails within 24 hours
The Nitty Gritty
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
- The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred
- Excellent client communication
- Self-starter mentality
