Assistant Wedding Coordinator

Established wedding planning company in search of an assistant coordinator to join the team for the 2024 season and beyond.

Basic Qualifications:

• Attendance and punctuality are a must
• Able to work long days and nights on the weekends, along with an occasional Thursday/Friday as needed
• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift 25lbs or more
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly under pressure
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions while requesting clarification when needed
• Responds to emails in a timely manner
• Wedding/Event planning experience is preferred, but not required. We will train.

Details:

• The position is part-time and mainly weekend focused, May-September.
• Assistant will assist lead planner day of wedding/event, on-site, at varied locations.
• Serving Snohomish-Seattle and surrounding areas with the occasional destination wedding
• Must have reliable transportation
• Pay DOE

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
