Key Responsibilities
- Retreat Administrative Management: Handle all administrative tasks related to planning and executing retreats, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Weekly Email Management: Draft, send, and manage weekly email communications related to retreats and other relevant updates.
- 5-Star Hotel Communication: Act as the primary liaison with luxury hotels, ensuring all retreat needs are met and providing clear communication on requirements.
- Personalized Touches: Add unique and personal touches to all communications and interactions, ensuring attendees feel special and valued.
- Toolkit Follow-ups: Engage with individuals who download the retreat toolkit, providing them with a personalized touch and ensuring their questions or needs are addressed.
- LinkedIn Marketing Assistance: Support LinkedIn marketing initiatives, including content creation and engagement strategies.
- Newsletter Management: Assist with the drafting, design, and dissemination of the organization's newsletter.
- Systems & Processes: Create, implement, and manage effective systems and processes to streamline Retreat and event planning.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete various tasks as needed to support the organization's operations.

Requirements
- Ability to meet up once or twice a month at 98122 zip code (a plus)
- A strong interest or passion for hosting dinners and interactive events (a must)
- Experience in event planning or coordinating (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to relate to and understand others.
- Strong organizational skills with an intuitive sense of prioritization.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft compelling and error-free content.
- Availability for a minimum of 5 Hours per Week, with potential for increased availability.
