We are seeking a candidate who can commit to a minimum of 1 year or longer or who wants a stable position.
- You have excellent computer skills and are able to use multi computers and various software programs.
- You can work in a very fast paced environment
- You are comfortable making a minimum of 25 calls a day
- You have 2 years of experience in the Healthcare industry working as Client Care Coordinator or Scheduler Medical Assistant or Caregiver or Home Care Aide or CSR or in a similar capacity?
- You have 2 years of experience working in an office setting?
- You are organized and pay close attention to details?
- You can work and communicate professionally at all times
- You are proficient in Excel?
- You can pass a criminal background check?

Schedule:
- 2pm to 5pm Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday (4 days a week).
- We are in need of someone who is flexible and who can work till 5:30pm to 6pm if the need arises to complete projects and occasionally on Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Daily outbound calls to Clients and caregivers
- Day-to-day scheduling and coordination of care via phone and email.
- Staff shifts and in-take client inquiries.
- Schedule Zoom interviews.
- Match client needs to caregiver skills and attributes.
- Resolve issues that may arise amongst the client and or their care team.
- Make DAILY follow-up calls and emails to inquiries and Facebook Leads.
- Complete and submit reports to the General Manager.
- Recruit Caregivers.
- Email daily reports and Call Log to General Manager
