Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Job overview:

Private dental practice in Vacaville is recruiting an experienced and responsible Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has administrative experience and excellent communication skills while working directly with patients, insurance companies and fellow team members. We are looking to add to our dental family as our current Front Office team member prepares for retirement.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and direct patients in a timely manner
• Answer phone calls and forward messages to appropriate personnel
• Schedule and maintain appointment calendar
• Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
• Maintain and update patient records
• Perform administrative duties such as faxing, filing and scanning documents
• Ensure compliance with HIPPA and OSHA regulations

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 7:30AM - 4:30PM (8 hour)
• Monday to Thursday
• Fridays as needed
