Salary- Overview: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires proficiency in phone systems, administrative tasks, verifying insurance and familiarity with dental office procedures.
- Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify patient information and update records.- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry - Coordinate patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers - Collect payments and process insurance claims accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Knowledge of dentalsoftware is a plus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
