SalaryExperienced radiology imaging Office Receptionist with scheduling experience needed for our well established multi-location Medical Office with sites in Tulare, Visalia and Porterville. Responsibilities and Duties
1. Scheduling patients, speaking with them over the phone with clarity and patience is imperative
- You would be speaking with referring clinics constantly regarding patient cases and best practices
- Patient education (can/can't eat before exam/other details)
2. Face to Face
- Your job would also consist of face to face interaction while at the front desk
- This interaction consists of registering patients, receiving their insurance/inputting ICD-10 Codes, distributing their reports back to patients (physician diagnosis) or referrers
3. Interactions with others:
- Your team will require open communication regarding patient care and needs
- Technical team will require reports and additional information regarding the patient before the patient is called in
- Physician requires notification when patient has extraordinary situations
- Administration requires open communication regarding all matters
- Spanish Speaking is Helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
