We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and process inusrance verifications
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as needed
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
