Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager & Plastic Surgery Scheduler at Turner Medical Arts in Santa Barbara County, California. The Office Manager & Plastic Surgery Scheduler will be responsible for managing office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules for plastic surgery procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff.

- Experience in providing administrative assistance
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Excellent customer service & sales abilities
- Proficiency in office administration tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry or plastic surgery practice is a plus
- Knowledge of electronic medical records is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
