Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is able to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
