SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients
- Assist with various office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Transcribe and proofread documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform order entry and ensure timely processing of orders
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
