Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This position is ideal for someone with administrative experience who enjoys interacting with people in a professional setting. Must have advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Must have advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suites especially Excel applications.
- Maintain records, including filing and organizing documents
-Collecting, sorting and distributing mail accordingly to departments.
- Assist with data entry tasks and updating information in computerized systems.
-Assist with banking deposits for businesses.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite or similar software for file management and data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling paperwork
