Job Title: HR/Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay: $18 - $26/hourly *DOE*
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Description:
Screen job applicants.
Attend inbound calls, greet visitors.
Check voicemails twice daily.
Transfer data from phone screen sheets.
Confirm and prepare candidates for interviews.
Initiate background screenings.
Create/update candidate resumes.
Conduct drug screenings for hired candidates.
Complete E-Verify procedures.
Manage applications and assessments, ensuring completion.
Schedule onboarding appointments and finalize hiring documents.
Update internal system daily with hiring progress.
Audit phone interview screening sheets.
Assist with recruiting team administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
Job Stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED*.
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or related field *REQUIRED*.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Proficiency in E-Verify procedures and hiring compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
On-boarding Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
